If you have a defined, temporary surge of work and explicitly don't want to build the capability in-house — you just need extra qualified hands for a fixed push and will own the maintenance yourself — renting engineers is a clean fit. Our model only pays off if you actually want your own team to run agents afterward. If you'd rather keep outsourcing it indefinitely, transfer is wasted on you.

Isn't renting AI engineers faster?

Faster to output, slower to capability. You get work done while they're there, then you're back where you started when they leave. Transfer is a bit slower upfront and leaves your team able to keep going.

Do you also just do the work for us?

We do the work, but in your repo, alongside your devs, with transfer as the point — not a black box. A good engagement is measured by your team's independence, not by a renewing contract.

What if we don't have devs to transfer to?

Then staff aug or our studio (we build it) may fit better than the consulting transfer. The transfer model assumes a team that wants to own the capability.
