What is tsukumo?

tsukumo is a Swiss dev studio and AI consultancy that runs AI agents in production. Two doors, one capability: we build your product with fleets of agents at studio pace, or we transition your developers into the operators who run them, on your stack and standards. We augment engineers, we don't replace them, and the open suite we ship (WRAI.TH, trovex, yoru) is the proof we run what we sell.

We don't replace your developers, and we don't sell "cheaper." The point is prod-grade output and roughly 10x from the team you already trust. If you think AI is easy or that buying seats equals capability, we're not the right studio.

Is tsukumo a studio or a consultancy?: Both, and it's one capability from two directions. Studio if you want us to build the product; consulting if you want your own team operating agents on your work. Studio clients often move to consulting once they've seen the operating model run on their own product.
Where is tsukumo based?: Switzerland. Founded in 2026. We work with startups and scale-ups whose CTOs want their teams shipping at a level that seats alone won't reach.
What makes tsukumo different from a dev shop or a big consultancy?: We run agents in our own production, so we're not advising on something we haven't shipped. A dev shop hands back a codebase; a big consultancy sells a slide-heavy transformation. We leave your team able to keep going without us, on your stack.
